I am a Mat, pre/post natal Certified Pilates Instructor, Level 4 Certified Essentrics instructor and educator, Essentrics TV (ETV) host, business mentor and a mom (my most important role 😉), based in Toronto. It’s a pleasure to meet you!

After years of working with clients, I've discovered that each person’s body tells a unique story. People are very quick to make assumptions about our health and activity levels based on how we look, but they couldn’t be more wrong. As I’ve gotten to know clients over the years, I see that each person has unique needs, pain, past injuries and barriers that heavily affect one’s approach to fitness. My role is to help you overcome these challenges through gentle, accessible and motivating exercise programs tailored to your needs. With compassion and a judgment-free attitude, let’s work together to incorporate exercise into your routine and improve your quality of life!

Hey there!


I started my teaching journey in 2011 as a Certified Essentrics Instructor, while completing my business degree at McGill University. After graduation, I taught Essentrics at the Montreal flagship studio, and worked as a marketing coordinator at the company’s head office. My passion for health and wellness led me to Toronto to study Dietetics, and begin teaching at some of the top studios, health clubs and corporate offices in the city. Over the years, I’ve obtained all 4 levels of the Essentrics Certification and Pilates Mat Certification, and participated in pre/postnatal workshops. In addition to my services, I work as an Essentrics exam evaluator and ETV Host.

As a mom, I'm dedicated to helping my body adapt to the demands of parenthood, and I want to share my expertise with my community! This has led me to create speciality programs designed for moms of young children, that will support their physical and mental wellbeing. 

The best part of my job is seeing the positive results of my clients. 
Sometimes after just one session, clients experience the  “AH HA” moment...
It’s the realization that this type of movement has been missing in their life! I want this for you! With simple, easy to follow exercises, I'm confident we can meet your wellness goals and help you feel like a healthier version yourself.

Fun Facts

I'm a Montreal native but I moved to Toronto in 2014 to study Dietetics

My idea of a fun night is cooking risotto, drinking a glass of wine and baking cookies

I have a mini me - her name is Brie! She always keeps me on my toes and has taught me the value of being able to push a stroller in one hand, while holding a crying toddler in another. It’s a skill! 

At the start of my Essentrics career, I originally worked for the Head Office in Montreal in the teacher training department, and in their flagship studio

I’m obsessed with all things HGTV and secretly want to be an interior designer (always good to have a fall back plan 😉right?)
